The Warriors' superior record (48-29 vs 42-35) justifies their status as road favorites here, even with Stephen Curry's return from a two-month knee layoff still uncertain. Golden State has simply been the better team this season. Houston's five-game winning streak is impressive, but they're missing Fred VanVleet and facing a Warriors team desperate for wins in the playoff race. Even a limited Curry return would be huge for Golden State's spacing and leadership. The Rockets have shown they can win without their starting point guard, but this feels like a step up in class. Toyota Center will be loud, but I don't think it's enough to overcome the talent gap. I'd lean Warriors here but wouldn't bet heavy given the Curry uncertainty. This line feels about right.
