>Email Address: If you sign in with Magic or subscribe to communications

>Prediction Content: Videos, text analysis, and prediction data you publish
>Betting Activity: Wager amounts, outcome selections, and betting pool participation
>Intel Content: Encrypted intelligence you create, mint, or request as NFTs
>Messages: Communication with other users through the Platform
>Blockchain Data: Public transactions on the Polygon network (permanent and irreversible)
>Smart Account Address: Your Polygon smart account address, generated automatically
>Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Platform
>Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers
All blockchain transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded. Betting and USDC transactions are on the Polygon network; Intel NFT transactions are on the Ethereum network. This includes your wallet address, smart account address, transaction history, NFT ownership, and interactions with our smart contracts. This data cannot be deleted or modified.
We use your information to:
>Provide and maintain Platform functionality, including betting and fund management
>Process USDC transactions, bets, tips, and winnings claims
>Create and manage your smart account for gasless transactions
>Display your profile, prediction history, and track record

Eroteme uses smart accounts on the Polygon network for gasless betting and fund management:
>Smart Account: A Polygon smart account is created for each user to enable gasless USDC transactions
>Private Key Control: Only you control your wallet's private keys; we cannot access them
>Session Storage: Authentication tokens are cached in your browser and cleared on sign-out
>Database Storage: Prediction data, betting records, and user profiles are stored in our database
>Intel Encryption: Intel NFT content is encrypted with public key cryptography; only the owner can decrypt it
>IPFS Storage: Encrypted Intel content is stored on IPFS via Pinata; only encrypted data is stored off-chain
Important: If you lose access to your wallet or private keys, you will permanently lose access to your smart account, any funds held in it, and any encrypted Intel content. We cannot recover this for you.
>Magic: Email-based wallet authentication and key management
>Pimlico: Smart account infrastructure and gas sponsorship on Polygon
>Transak: Fiat-to-crypto on-ramp for card deposits (processes payment data directly)
>Polymarket: Prediction market data used for bet resolution
>Infura: Ethereum RPC provider for Intel NFT blockchain interactions
>Pinata: IPFS storage for encrypted Intel content and metadata
>Chainlink: Oracle service for ETH price feeds
Your wallet address, smart account address, and all blockchain transactions are publicly visible to anyone on the Polygon and Ethereum networks.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights and safety.
>Blockchain Data: Permanent and cannot be deleted (Polygon and Ethereum networks)
>Prediction and Betting Data: Stored in our database for track record verification and dispute resolution
>IPFS Content: Encrypted Intel content stored indefinitely on IPFS
>Session Data: Authentication tokens cleared when you sign out or close your browser
>Server Logs: Request logs stored for analytics and debugging (anonymized over time)
>You can view your transaction history on Polygon block explorers (e.g., Polygonscan)
>You control your username and profile and can update them at any time
>You can disconnect your wallet or sign out to stop using the Platform
>You can transfer all USDC out of your smart account at any time

Due to the nature of blockchain technology, we cannot delete or modify data stored on the Polygon or Ethereum blockchains, or content stored on IPFS. Prediction and betting records are retained for track record integrity.
We use cookies and similar technologies for:

>Analyzing Platform usage and performance
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect Platform functionality.
Eroteme is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.
