3. Polymarket Link: Optionally link to a prediction market
4. Bounty Offer: ETH amount to incentivize answer (min 0.001 ETH)
5. Time Limit: Days for recipient to respond (1-10 days)
6. Send Request: Confirm and pay bounty + gas fee

If answered, bounty is paid to recipient. If unanswered, you can claim your bounty back from My Requests in your account page after the deadline.
